About 3D Printer

A 3D printer is a device that creates physical objects by layering material based on a digital design. It works by reading a 3D file, typically in STL format, and converting it into a series of thin layers that are printed one by one to form the final object. The printer uses various materials like plastic, resin, or metal, depending on the type of printer and the intended application.

In this workshop, you will learn how to design and prepare models for 3D printing using software like Blender. You will explore different 3D printer types, understand how they work, and create 3D models that are optimized for printing. This includes learning about object visibility, sculpting tools, creating supports, applying materials, and exporting files for printing. You’ll also gain practical knowledge in calibrating both the 3D file and the printer for accurate results, along with an understanding of the entire 3D printing process.

What will you learn???
