Refund and Cancellation Policy for TECH CRYPTORS

IT Services Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for IT Services are only available if the work has not commenced. Once we have started working on your project, refunds will not be provided.

Requesting a Refund: If you wish to request a refund for our IT Services, you must submit a written request to our customer support team via email or through our designated communication channels. The refund request must be made before the commencement of work.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

If we have already initiated work on your project

If there has been a breach of our terms of service or contractual obligations by the customer

If the refund request is made after the work has commenced

If the refund request is based on subjective dissatisfaction with the delivered work, as long as it meets the agreed-upon specifications and requirements

Training Services Refund Policy:

Registration and Refund Eligibility: For our Training Services, refunds are available only until the registration process is completed. Once the registration is done, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Requesting a Refund: If you wish to request a refund for our Training Services, you must submit a written request to our customer support team via email or through our designated communication channels. The refund request must be made before the registration process is completed.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

If the registration process has been completed

If the training program has already commenced

If the refund request is made after the registration process is completed

If the refund request is based on subjective dissatisfaction with the training program, as long as it is delivered in accordance with the advertised curriculum and specifications

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by TECH CRYPTORS: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any IT Services or Training Services at our discretion. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund of any fees paid for the canceled or rescheduled services.

Cancellation by the Customer: If you wish to cancel your IT Services or Training Services before the work has commenced or the registration process is completed, you must notify us in writing through our customer support team. Cancellation requests will be processed according to the following conditions:

If the cancellation request is received before the work has commenced or the registration process is completed, a refund will be provided as per the refund policy mentioned above.

If the cancellation request is received after the work has commenced or the registration process is completed, no refund will be provided.
